- Orders are processed within 2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

- We offer the following shipping options:

- 48 hours Age Tracked delivery 

- Delivery times may vary based on your location and availability.

 

3. Shipping Charges

- Shipping costs are calculated based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

- Free shipping is available depending on the promotion.

 

4. Age Verification & Legal Compliance

- We adhere to all legal regulations regarding the sale of alcohol.

- All orders require adult signature upon delivery to verify age (18+).

- We may request proof of age before processing or shipping your order.

 

5. Shipping Restrictions

- We currently ship only within the United Kingdom.

- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

 

6. Shipping Delays & Issues

- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors outside our control.

7. Tracking Your Order

- Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery.

 

8. Lost or Damaged Items

- Please inspect your package upon receipt.

- Report any damages or missing items within 1 days of delivery.

Return Policy

 

At JMT Liqueurs, we take great care to ensure that all products are packaged securely and delivered in perfect condition. Due to the nature of alcohol sales, we regret to inform you that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for bottles of alcohol once they have been dispatched, except in cases where the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

 

Conditions for Damaged or Incorrect Orders:  

- If you receive a bottle that is damaged, defective, or not the product you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt.  

- Please provide photographs of the damage or incorrect item for our verification.  

- We will assess the situation and, if appropriate, offer a replacement or refund for the affected item.

 

Important: 

- We do not accept returns of bottles that are opened, used, or in any other condition once delivered.  

- Customers are responsible for inspecting their order upon receipt and notifying us of issues promptly.

 

Delivery Damage:

If your order arrives in a damaged condition, please retain all packaging and contact us immediately so we can assist you.
